Currently the IT Guru for the behind-the-scenes action in AzNConnecT and the founder of the company. Michael originally came up with the AzNConnecT idea in Taiwan with Kenneth Ma, and is currently employed in one of the worlds leading technology consultancy firms. With over 15+ years of experience with 30 active IT Certifications, Michael is now commencing his specialisation in the IT Web Digital Development Space.
Kenneth Kun Ma is the co-founder, spokesperson, and driving force behind AzNConnecT, a professional network dedicated to empowering young Asian professionals and entrepreneurs. As the public face of AzNConnecT, Kenneth established the organisation’s business and marketing foundations from the ground up and now leads all active projects with a sharp focus on strategic growth and community impact.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney, graduating top of his class with First Class Honours and receiving the prestigious University Medal. He also holds dual postgraduate degrees—a Master of Engineering Management and a Master of Business Administration—from the University of Technology Sydney. In addition, he is a Registered Professional Engineer (REng).
With more than two decades of experience in engineering, project management, and business development, Kenneth combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial insight. He is a proven specialist in scaling start-up ventures, having led one business to achieve over $250 million in sales within just three years. He also holds a Class 1 Real Estate License, supported by over 15 years of experience in real estate sales and investment. His professional achievements have been recognised by leading media, including an interview feature in the Australian Financial Review, one of the country’s most respected financial publications.
A master networker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, Kenneth is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. He is deeply committed to building high-impact ventures and fostering authentic, cross-cultural relationships. Constance is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of industry experience, having built and scaled some of Sydney’s most iconic brands — including Passionflower, Blackflower, and I HEART UNI. Known for creating powerful brand experiences across food, lifestyle, and culture, Constance leads with vision, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
With a reputation for cultivating high-performing teams and inspiring innovation, Constance brings clarity, warmth, and genuine humility into every room. After spending five years living and working across Southeast Asia, Constance gained a global perspective and successfully launched ventures beyond borders—bridging cultures and markets with a unique blend of business acumen and creative flair.

Emma is an experienced finance professional with over a decade of customer service expertise in the banking and finance sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Western Sydney University and is passionate about empowering individuals—particularly in the real estate and lending space—to make confident, well-informed financial decisions.
Emma is the founder of Sydney Finance Guide, a platform dedicated to supporting the Mongolian community in Australia through practical, easy-to-understand guidance on property, loans, and financial literacy.
As an AzNConnecT Ambassador, Emma is committed to building meaningful relationships with like-minded professionals and contributing to a more inclusive and financially aware community through knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

A creative and results-driven marketing professional with a diverse background spanning fashion, migration services, and real estate. With a degree in Fashion Enterprise from RMIT University, she merges strategic marketing insight with refined design sensibilities to craft engaging and impactful brand experiences across competitive industries.
Currently serving as Marketing Lead at Real Estate company, Anne oversees the development and execution of digital and brand marketing strategies aimed at boosting awareness, driving engagement, and generating high-quality leads. Her multifaceted experience extends well beyond real estate. She was the lead designer for the official magazine of the Mrs Australia International Pageant 2023, developed branding materials for the Australian Golf Championships, and produced event merchandise and marketing collateral for numerous seminars, expos, and corporate events—both domestically and abroad.
Mindy has been AzNConnecT’s Public Relations & Marketing Manager since 2017. She is the concierge for AzNConnecT’s Corporate Partners and she is in charge of the online social media aspect for the professional platform. She is a live-streamer on the largest live streaming platform in the Asia region-17 media, as well as a content creator sharing makeup tutorials on YouTube. Academically, Mindy is in her final year of her Master degree studying Marketing at The University of Sydney. She associates and utilise her marketing analytic knowledge skillsets to engage more actively with Sydney Young Professionals from AzNConnecT. Mindy is a very outgoing and enthusiastic girl, who brings a lot of positive energy to her surroundings. She is considered as the “Walking Sunshine” amongst AzNConnecT

Audrey is AzN’s graphic designer, social influencer and an upcoming Fashion designer based in Sydney with a bachelor’s in Design at UNSW A&D. She specialises in content creating, event promotion and has an extensive background in beverage service with a professional history in bartending and hospitality.
Tanya is a dynamic business owner in the spa and beauty industry, with a diverse professional background that spans real estate and education. Known for her entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability across sectors, Tanya is passionate about achieving work-life balance and creating pathways to financial freedom.
Currently, she is focused on building a strong network of professionals and business leaders—not just for business growth, but for meaningful friendships and long-term collaboration.
